LUCIFER is an urban fantasy Netflix series, where Lucifer gets bored with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, where he opens a nightclub and forms a connection with a homicide detective.
Lucifer is a story of an Angel change to a devil. He became sick of always playing the part of his father's play (GOD). So the devil which rules the hell comes a Los Vegas for a vacation. Lucifer does a favour to people, in such one of his friends was murdered in front of him. There he meets chole decker, a detective who is assigned to find the case. Lucifer joins her to find the killer. At that time his brother Amenadiel (angel) come to earth to take Lucifer to where he belongs. The case of his friend is solved by that time Lucifer starts to like chole and join with her. His brother Amenadiel tries many things to convince his brother to come back .but he till refuse in his process Lucifer burns his angelic wings. In the last episode, he asks his father a favour to have the life of chole and do whatever he wants in return. He saves her and Lucifer saw a gate opened in the hell. It was nonother than his mother who has escaped from hell.
In season 2 his job is to find his mom and send her to hell. But he had other ideas, he lets his mother stays on earth. His other brother
Uriel comes in search of his mother and demands Lucifer to surrender his mother. There fought and Lucifer had to kill his brother to save chole and his mother. His mother doesn’t want to go to hell, she wants to do to heaven. But there can’t because Lucifer burns his wings and Amenadiel loses his power. Because his mother stays in the human form his power can’t contain in human form. So she loses her time so, Lucifer finds it and sends her to another dimension.
In 3rd season, Lucifer grows back his wings, even if he cuts it grows again. In this season his big threat is Cain(world’s first murderer). Cain asks a favor to die (because of god’s cursed he can’t die). Lucifer did many things which became useless. But Cain finds that chole's love makes Lucifer vulnerable so Chole's love can make Cain vulnerable too, so he starts to love her. Chole starts to love Cain and he became vulnerable (a human again). In the last min, Chole wants to stop there marriage because she loves Lucifer. So Cain tries to kill her, Lucifer saves her and kills Cain as he wished. In the last chole comes to know who Lucifer really is.
In season 4, chole runs from Lucifer for more the 2 months. She returned after that vacation and started to act strangely. In her vacation, she found a father who manipulates to kill Lucifer because he is a devil. She believes in the old saint “when the devil finds his first love and walks in the earth, evil shall release”. So, Chole tries to kill Lucifer, but after she knows about true Lucifer she doesn’t want to kill him. After sometime Lucifer comes to know that Chole tries to kill him, so she became upset. In meanwhile Eve returns to earth to become close. Lucifer comes to know about the prophecy and stays away from Eve. But even though he stays away from Eve he losses his human form and became fully a devil. In search of the king demons from hell comes to the earth so Lucifer comes to know the prophecy was true that is he isn't that evil. Thus, the demons came to earth so Lucifer wants to go to hell to contain them in hell. Chloe finally tells him that she loves him and Lucifer also tells her that she was his first love. Last he returns to hell as a king.
